It’s Home Tour time! I’m sooo super excited to share with you this AH.MAZ.ING house! Starwood Custom Homes is located here in Chandler, AZ – a suburb of the Phoenix metro area. Their work is simply stunning! The house I’m sharing with you today is incredible from head to toe, left to right, and then some. Not a single detail was left unturned. Let’s not forget the incredible interior design job, which totally blends seamlessly with the architecture of the home. {disclaimer: the interiors were not done by me} Without further ado, let’s take a look at this amazing home tour!

Ummm…Hello!!!! You have me at white walls, wainscot, and box beam ceiling. And, do you see that door? That door! I am absolutely in love with the blue, white, and gray color scheme. The layered area rugs are completely on point by adding layers of texture. The office, dining, and kitchen flow seamlessly off of this space and the curved entry.
This focal wall is a knock out with the modern linear fireplace, rustic mantle, clean white stacked stone, TV, and all balanced by stunning built-ins. The interior designer went with completely symmetrical design on the shelves – same accessories just flipped. It looks gorgeous. I’m completely in love with the wood floors, again that box beam ceiling, the fan is perfect – the touch of industrial mixed with the traditional. And those window walls – do you see those? Those floor to ceiling window walls completely open up for the Arizona living we love so much out here.
The color scheme continues into this incredible kitchen with the wide plank wood floors and white kitchen. Gold fixtures steal the show in this area, from faucets to cabinet pulls. The plank ceiling running on an alternate diagonal give the feel of a chevron without being so literal. Per Starwood “The kitchen is Stunning, it is in a nice open floor plan so you can be involved with everyone while cooking. The pantry (not shown) is a working pantry with a sink and great counter space.” Whaaat? Even the pantry has a sink! I’m seriously in kitchen heaven right now.
Do you see the refrigerator??? Drop the mic…details my friends.
On to the dining room…
Its amazing how things are so stunning in their simplicity. The same wood flooring changed to a chevron pattern defines the space. The wainscot seamlessly blends into a cabinet with buffet top along the back wall. Floor to ceiling drapes are so dramatic. (everyone should do this!) The modern chandelier is the icing on the cake.
Do you remember the office off of the main living room?
I honestly have no words. I’m so jealous someone gets to work in this luxurious office space.
From the wainscot, to the chevron floors and the glass door…swoon. Per Starwood “The wallpaper is timeless and is such a bright and happy space.” I couldn’t agree more.
If this isn’t the most perfect serene bedroom…white, gray with touches of blush.
Do you see this bathroom? Per Starwood it “Just drips with elegance. It is complete with a free standing tub, spacious shower and an indoor sauna.”
Ummm…Dripping with elegance is the perfect way to put it.
Did she say sauna?
Yes, she did.
How about the closet? We saw a peek in the second bathroom pic…
I cry. Same white and blush tones as in the bedroom. Sooo many amazing shelves, drawers, and spaces for everything.
There is even…
an indoor workout room.
But, that’s not it! Let me introduce you to the laundry room…
Do you see that hex patterned marble flooring???
And this…
Yep, that is a custom dog wash station! Per Starwood “Gorgeous, huge laundry room. It has a dog grooming station with a stand up doggy shower. It also has a custom sliding pocket door to keep the puppies in or out. (not shown)”
Let’s head to the Grandkids area…
These built-in bunk beds are to die for. But wait…there is more…
What kids don’t need a climbing wall to get into their loft? Per Starwood “Such a fun place for grandkids to hangout. It has beautiful walk up bunk beds, a rock wall, sliding poles and a cute loft!”
However, out of all these spaces…this bathroom might be my favorite.
Everything about this bathroom is perfection. From the patterned black, white, and gray flooring to the industrial wall hung sink and black framed shower.
I’m completely in heaven. The floor tile is similar to one I used in an outdoor shower. But this is so over the top perfect. I love the round wood mirror and the hanging wall planters.
