Our first spotlight in this series is the Zolin Residence. This beautiful family of four is building their Starwood dream home in the East Valley. "The most unique feature, I think, is the interior atrium which is fully enclosed inside the house and open to the sky. We are also hiding our pantry & and we will have a secret room! One more thing I think is pretty cool is the door from our garage to the pantry so I can drop groceries without walking across the house." - Kelly Zolin
