As the Vice President of Operations, Dean engages new business for success as well as fosters relationships and seeing the projects to the end. His ability to make connections, his creativity in building homes from the ground up, and varied background in the building industry serve to make him adaptable to many situations and quick to provide insight.

HOW DO YOU ENJOY SPENDING YOUR FREE TIME?

I love spending time outdoors with my family, traveling and exploring. I also love spending time around water: lakes, streams, rivers, water falls….you name it. Living an active, adventurous and fun lifestyle is the name of the Stadler game!

WHAT'S SOMETHING PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU?

I have traveled to many parts of the country in a school bus that my dad converted into a motorhome. While growing up I loved catching reptiles and kept them as pets.
